We had been looking for a property in Drouin for a few months & finally found the place for us and started dealing with Shane. Right from the start nothing was too much trouble for Shane. We were not able to make it to an open for an inspection & Shane did not hesitate coming to open the house for us at a time that suited us. On another occasion, that ended up being the day we purchased the property, Shane was on a day off but again did not hesitate putting us first. We found Shane easy to work with, could see that he was focused on doing the right thing by his clients but was also keen to work with us as well. Highly recommend giving Shane a call should you be looking for a property.

Shane and his associate Natalie, came to our house and gave an honest opinion of what they were presented with on arrival, and what they found after going the through the house. It was very positive. They gave their appraisal and told us what they thought would be an appropriate price, and they were spot on target. They obviously know the market in Drouin, as they indicated the buyers that the house would attract, and again, they were on target. Shane was open and transparent relating to his commission & advertising costs, which we benefited from due to a prompt sale. During the time we had the property on the market, Shane was in contact with us about the interest that was shown, the comments that were made, and what he thought the outcome could be. We were extremely happy with the service and communication Shane & Natalie displayed to us.
