Highly recommended if you are looking at selling in the Drouin / Country Victoria area. Shane was upfront with what he expected to sell our property for and his costs. We had a number of agents offering their services but most of them seemed to focus on how much they could make. Shane gives the personal touch, he would call and discuss all aspects of advertising, viewing and give advise when requested. His knowledge of sales in the local area is extensive and he offers valuable feedback whenever questioned on any aspect of selling. He would contact us with any changes or updates as soon as he was made aware. He also recommended our legal representative, we are in NSW and unsure of all the requirements of the Victorian Government when selling. Our sale was handled very professionally and smoothly. Shane even helped us to identify defects in our property that our letting agents failed to inform us about, whilst we were preparing for sale.
