We hadn't used Shane before and didn't really know what to expect but from the moment he took on our property Shane demonstrated his undoubted skill and local market knowledge to help navigate through the challenges of a Covid-19 lockdown and sell our house in a very uncertain market. Shane is a really good operator with a highly professional approach and is close to the action in knowing how to sell and get a good price for your property as he did with ours. Although Covid slowed us down we were constantly kept informed by Shane of the buyer interests and offered advice on a very regular basis.
