Shane conducted a lot of research before meeting with me. He then took the time to look around my house and give a few small things to do to make the house look so much more welcoming. After the house went on the market Shane spent a lot of time talking to all the interested parties and keeping them informed. Shane kept me up to date and informed about upcoming steps. When we had a slight bump in the process Shane came to me with several options after he had already conducted a fair bit of research. At the end of the process I had sold my house for a fair amount more than I thought I could get, and that, I believe was completely thanks to Shane and the time and effort he put in at every step of this process.
