I have also gone to Shane at times for advice, which he was always happy to give freely. Shane was reliable, honest, and exceedingly helpful. His communication was clear and informative, and he took care to explain all the processes along the way. His advice was spot on, and he really could not have done more to make the sale run smoother. Shane conducted a lot of research before meeting with me. He then took the time to look around my house and give a few small things to do to make the house look so much more welcoming. After the house went on the market Shane spent a lot of time talking to all the interested parties and keeping them informed. Shane kept me up to date and informed about upcoming steps. When we had a slight bump in the process Shane came to me with several options after he had already conducted a fair bit of research. At the end of the process I had sold my house for a fair amount more than I thought I could get, and that, I believe was completely thanks to Shane and the time and effort he put in at every step of this process.
