This is the third property sold for us by Shane, we would not consider using anyone else.

When it came time to sell our current property which is due to settle in three weeks time, Shane was our first choice. We did interview other agents as part of our due diligence. We had lived in our current property for 30 years and it was very important to us. Shane had a vast knowledge of the property market and his advice on the pricing of our property was spot on, His advice on the preparation of our home and what needed to be done or not needed was very valuable. Down to replacing all the light globes with bright white ones rather that what we had which were a warmer and not so bright made a real difference to the appearance. Something I woud never have thought of. He arranged the photography and video of the home and in fact it sold on the video on the first home open. We received three offers on the first home open and it was sold. I dont anticipate selling our next home but I know who woud be getting the job if we ever did. His advice on the buying process with our next home was also very helpful and no it was not one he was selling. I would describe Shane as the consumate professional.
