Shane was very professional in his manner & has excellent communication skills. We found Shane to be honest & have excellent industry knowledge & was able to guide us through the purchasing process. We would highly recommend Shane to anyone looking at buying a home
Shane was chosen due to his knowledge on and passion for the local area. We immediately felt we could believe what Shane said he would do to sell this property and he delivered above and beyond. Efficiency and constant updates made the entire process a pleasure. This man is the man to sell your property, I have no hesitation is saying that.
We only had phone & email contact with Shane. We were looking for a mid range property as an investment. Didn't get the first one we called about but Shane then knew what we were looking for and was back to us within hours with new listings. Got exactly what we wanted. Shane was professional, prompt and pleasant in all of the dealings we had with him.
With Shane’s knowledge of the market I was able to achieve a price above what I expected and in 4 days of listing he had it sold.
In this booming Bundaberg market Shane got a quick sale, finding the right buyer for the property in the appropriate location. He seemed to have good local knowledge and his communication was to the point. The sale went smoothly, deadlines were met.
Shane was able to find us a property suitable to our needs in this challenging market. Right property, right location and within budget. Always professional, always helpful to get the results.
Recently purchased one of Shane's listing, very easy going and smooth experience from start to finish. Shane was on the ball with any questions I had with great communication though out the process. Great agent, great bloke. Thanks again mate.

I have a lot to say about our experience with Shane and it’s all good!! Having a background in real estate I had very high expectations and Shane absolutely blitzed them. He was able to achieve a better price than I had expected very quickly. When the building and pest and finance dates were due Shane was ahead of any foreseen and unforeseen hiccups and handled them with a well thought out plan, keeping my best interests top of mind at all times. Overall my experience engaging Shane Chung from Realway to sell my property was just so easy, there was no stress and absolutely no doubt that Shane would get it done!
Being our first property purchase neither my wife or I had had much to do with real-estate agents, but over the years our perception of them wasn't overly positive. That was of course until we came across our ideal property and met Shane. We were impressed by his down to earth, relatable and earnest nature. He followed through on word, was informative, patient and made himself available to us for any questions or concerns we might have. Basically there isn't anything not positive we could think to comment on. So after becoming aware of what's involved in purchasing a property, we have a new respect for the work estate agents do. But after dealing with Shane, we're confident he is the exception to our perception.😉
Shane was very obliging in facilitating a couple of remote inspections of the property we purchased at a time we were unable to inspect in person. He was straight forward in his dealings and did everything he offered to do, in a timely and professional manner.
Shane is easy to deal with, not pushy and honest. He gave an accurate market appraisal and achieved the asking price within a week of listing. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane, he did everything to make the process as smooth as possible. He has great local knowledge and a fantastic understanding of the ever changing market. Shane is a friendly and professional Bundaberg Real Eatate Agent.
