Kept a cool head during a very trying time

I can honestly say if it weren't for Shane the property we were trying to purchase would not have gone through as our broker completely dropped the ball and we could not get the banks to get their ducks in a row for settlement despite the finance being approved. The seller would have pulled out of the deal if not for Shane. He kept a cool head and was the voice of reason with the seller and in the end it all went through as planned, albeit later than we would have liked.
