Shane was fantastic. Very professional and quite conscientious. He went out of his way to accommodate my partner and I in an extremely tight time frame. A really nice guy and very knowledgeable. My only quibble would be that we met him the night before settlement and he told us he would call to congratulate us when the settlement came through. That phone call never came, which we found odd. This is only noteworthy in that it went against all prior behaviour. Like I said, a minor quibble. Thanks Shane!
