Shane assisted us throughout the recent purchase of our new house in a professional, approachable and committed manner. As an interstate purchase, he went to high levels to provide us with the support needed to ensure we could make an informed decision, including drawing his own floor plan of the house and also providing us with a virtual tour via Facetime before the first public open inspection.
