After contacting other agents whose main concern seemed to be getting a ridiculous amount for advertising prior to anything else and with little actual knowledge of the area or advice it was a refreshing change to meet Shane Crosbie. From the first meeting Shane was very honest with his opinions and gave his time hosting open homes every weekend at my property. Shane was very prompt with his feedback and gave honest opinions regarding the open homes. I did not think that my property would sell as it had been flood affected, at the very least I expected it to sit on the market for at least a year minimum, I was wrong within 8 weeks of the listing the home was under contract with the purchasers fully aware of the property history at a price I was happy with. Shane discussed how he thought the best way was to market the property in an honest and genuine manner with all final decisions left with me. I followed Shane's advice and am extremely happy I did. I have now sold my home, made some lovely friends in the new owners and have a great real estate agent who I would highly recommend to others.
