Shane approached us about selling our rental property and this initial contact got us thinking about the possibility and ultimately the sale of our property. Shane was very professional and knowledgable. He knew the market and was spot on where we sat within that market. As it had been 24 years since we last sold a property, we needed guidance and Shane was there at every step of the way. Once we had decided to sell, everything proceeded quickly and efficiently. Shane built an excellent rapport with the tenants in the property (even though his agency were not our appointed property managers) and kept both them and us informed at all stages. In the end, the property went on the market on Monday, open houses were held on Wednesday and Saturday and on Saturday night we had multiple offers and a contract signed. We accepted a price that was comfortably over the asking price. Even better was the fact the tenants could remain in the house and settlement was to be within 30 days. Win, win.
