It took a while to sell my unit. I had 4 contracts fall through due to buyers finance even after they had pre approval. Shane done an exceptional job seeking more buyers and always touching base and keeping me up to date. Definitely I would use him again and would recommend him to anyone having brought and sold a few houses he is the best I've used.
