Shane has been fantastic from start to finish. Always answers his phone and answered all of my questions wither straight away, or got the answer in double quick time. If I ever sell the house, I would use Shane as it was clear that during the negotiations he was working hard for his Vendors.
It was great to deal with the same agency that managed the rental property to sell the property on our behalf. Shane gave us realistic expectations regarding the sale price and updated us of progress throughout the sale process. The only suggestion for improvement, would be for the Agent to recommend a Conveyancer who is subscribed to PEXA, especially for vendors living outside the local area.
