Selling our first home with Shane was a very easy experience. Shane brings a different philosophy and style to real estate, which reduced our stress as sellers, but also is very approachable for buyers. Our house was listed online on Friday afternoon, and sold on Monday. Easy negotiation, we achieved the price we want, and excellent settlement terms. All in a sharply downturning market. Whilst selling, we were living 4 hours away. We were able to lean on Shane and his team to handle anything we needed (lawns, cleaning, staging etc) Don't hesitate to speak to Shane if you are selling your home, you'll discover someone who breaks the mould of what real estate agents are, in a good way. Fees were on market as well. This is a champagne service on a beer budget.
