To be honest we only spoke to Shane once and that was during the negotiation stage where he was honest, professional and pleasant. However if I was to rate my experience of his team it would be that at every step of the process we were kept informed, once our offer was approved I would continue to reach out and ask the team questions while we waited for settlement which they were always more than happy to help. We completed a pre-settlement walk through and were unhappy about how the house was left, as much as they tried to assist this was not any fault of theirs! On the day of settlement they provided a gift and we felt like we had won lotto when handed the keys. We do love our house now and thank the team for being so helpful, & honest during our purchase process.

Shane was a perfect balance of being professional and casual at the same time which made him easily very relatable. His knowledge of the area, the market and interest rates, as well as his ability to explain to us in layman's terms how best to capitalise on price combined into his plan to go to market at the best time. Shane's communication was exceptional - he fully explained after our two open house events the number of visitors and his assessment of their prospective potential, as well as the next steps so we were always clear of plans moving forward. His work ethic is outstanding - as soon as our first open house had been successful, he immediately organised a second open house two days later to strike while the iron was hot.
