I went to an Open Home that Shane had listed and he asked me what I thought. Although the house was lovely, it wasn’t what I was looking for. After telling him what I wanted he asked if I would be interested in a property which he was about to list. I bought that house. Shane listened and showed me a suitable property so when it came time to sell, I had no hesitation in calling Shane. He utilized his database of clients and sold my house quickly. I was pleased with the ease and speed of the sale and importantly, Shane’s great communication keeping me informed during the fuss-free process.

We have been using Shane and his team to manage our investment property since we purchased it over 4 years ago and it seemed the natural thing to do to ask them to sell the property as well. After talking to Shane, himself when the decision to sell came about, he impressed us with his knowledge, history of success and the deal he offered re the commission and fees was very acceptable.
