Shane was very pleasant to deal with and was very down to earth and knowledgeable. He sold our house within days for the price we were seeking. Having not sold a house before we were a little unsure of the process following the signing of the contract. A little more guidance and communication around this would have been great, otherwise very happy that the house was sold so quickly.
