Although not my initial desired property sales Agent Donovan Real Estate Partners exceeded my expectations in the price obtained for my property. Shane made no promises to me as to what price would be achieved, he said that he and his Team would do their utmost to get the best price possible within the market at that time. He suggested a realistic price range that could be expected based on their experience in the local suburb vicinity. He also offered and provided before and after sale services of his company and team and others as necessary in preparing and vacating the property should a successful sale be achieved. At all times I found Donovan Real Estate Partners and their staff to be very professional, helpful and courteous.
