Did what he said he'd do; on time, on-budget and very communicative

Shane visited us at the property, made a market assessment and set our expectations accordingly. The number he said he'd get for us was above what we expected, but he thought it may take a few months to sell. Our surprise was that he got EXACTLY the price he'd suggested and in just 3 weeks on-market. Sensational! He was respectful, communicative and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot rate Shane highly enough. Very happy customer.
