I really can not thank Shane and Kylie and the team at finesse enough. They truly went above and beyond in the sale of my property. My property was never meant to be an investment property or a property for a quick sale to make money on so when I built it I spent a lot of money on extras. Unfortunately I did have to sell and when i did other properties in my street were selling for around fifty thousand dollars under my asking price. This did not deter Shane and he worked extremely hard to sell my property and in the end it sold for just under my asking price which was literally fifty thousand dollars more than a property had been sold for in my street a couple of months earlier. I feel like with real estate agencies in rental or sale markets you are just there to make up numbers for them and to make them money. In my dealing with Finesse and Shane I NEVER once felt like that. I felt like this was a journey we were on together and and our goals were the same. I really can't recommend them highly enough. Being in our 50's and having never sold a house before it was very daunting to begin with. We went with our gut feeling and enlisted Finesse to sell for us after showing Shane and Sally the property and speaking to them.
