Thanks Shane, house sold before sign was put up. Cant ask for more than that. Thanks from me and all my tribe.

We invited 3 local agents into our house to give us an appraisal so that we could make a decision on which agent we would use. We also enquired with some long standing local community members and the thing that came back to us that Shane Fox is very well known in the area and well connected. After meeting with Shane, we had no hesitation in appointing him and Ray White Rosebud to sell our property. From the start, Shane was extremely honest and up front with us and explained that due to the type of house we were selling in the area, it would possibly take some time. Shane sold our house in matter of 10 or so weeks for a price that we felt was very good and both fair to us and the purchasers. We found Shane to be very honest in his appraisal and also very good with communication. He kept us up to date with all happenings and we never wondered what was happening. We would recommend Shane and his team to any one thinking of selling their property.

1)Shane grossly over valued our property leading us to believe we could expect a minimum of $850K on which we based our forward budget -- BIG MISTAKE and cost us dearly in our forward planning. 2)Shane rang us to request a meeting.When asked if he had an offer,he replied no - he had a FANTASTIC offer - some fantastic offer,some $60K short of his BOTTOM value. This situation played havoc with our forward planning and budgeting as we commited to land and property base on his minimum value!!!!!

Shane has a no nonsense approach, was extremely helpful with anything we asked and maintained great professional integrity.
