Not really a reflection on Shane and Tanjil but it was a very daunting experience. We were under pressure from Village Glen to get the sale. I expected a sale board from day 1 saying the property was pending sale. Instead it was about 3 weeks before we had a board. We were under pressure to get most of our stuff out of the house, but we still had to live there. We are still looking for things we can't find. We had nil interest on the first 2 open days so we reduced the price. Shane and Tanjil kept us informed and were very cooperative, but unfortunately, they cannot make buyers appear. When buyers did appear, it sold very quickly, but we didn't realise our wanted price.
