Shane helped the reviewer sell this property

Shane made 2 bad errors in his dealings with us.

1)Shane grossly over valued our property leading us to believe we could expect a minimum of $850K on which we based our forward budget -- BIG MISTAKE and cost us dearly in our forward planning. 2)Shane rang us to request a meeting.When asked if he had an offer,he replied no - he had a FANTASTIC offer - some fantastic offer,some $60K short of his BOTTOM value. This situation played havoc with our forward planning and budgeting as we commited to land and property base on his minimum value!!!!!
