Shane sold our property (basically) in 48 hours. He had investors waiting and as soon as we decided to sell our property he swung into action. He provided sound advice about a marketing strategy and a sale price (without ever once pressuring us to sell). We subsequently became aware that our buyer was overseas at one stage during the sale and Shane was in communication with him at midnight to ensure everything went through. This is going the "extra mile" for your client! Finally, when an invoice arrived for something that had to be addressed during the final inspection Shane negotiated on our behalf and we were pleased at the outcome. Having bought and sold many properties, this was the "smoothest" of all. I would recommend Shane without reservation.
