I went to the Place auction without knowing I need to pay a lot for Foreign Investment Residential Application. It added to the final purchase cost significantly! There is no cooling off period although it’s written in the auction contract! The term should be deleted to avoid confusion! Anyway I am happy to settle down in Brisbane in Brunswick Street which is only 200 meters walk to the story bridge! I can enjoy the River walk and beautiful city view every day!
