Shane was great with his communication throughout the whole process of purchasing my new home in Mooloolaba. He kept in touch from the point of my initial interest to keep me engaged and to provide updates, all the way through to the negotiation of price - which I found his stance on price from the sellers side, very reasonable. I was always aware of the next steps throughout the process and he was reliable in helping both the seller and the buyer both reach mutual satisfaction on any negotiations and decisions. There was some time delays from my bank side of things that were outside of my control, but Shane was very proactive in going as far as communicating directly to my broker to keep some of the stress off of me during the process - which, when buying a house is incredibly helpful and also provided peace of mind for sellers that everything was still going ahead. Although during the process Shane is working for the seller, I felt like he managed the sale in a way to ensure both parties walked away happy. I would highly recommend Shane when selling your home.
