Our home had to be sold due to break down of marriage. Shane was compassionate,professional, knowledgeable and respectful to both sides. When no parties could agree somehow Shane got the property listed,photos and advertising done. Open homes done and sold in a very short time. Shane proved amazing negotiating skills when the original offer was too low to get it up to a great price that we had no problem excepting.
