Initially he marketed as a development property which limited the prospects, the when he changed tactics he overlooked noting there was a spa. I continuously had to contact him for feedback and when I did it was the same answer, he as waiting on one person interested. Near the end of the contract period I was contacted by another realtor about an open house which I didn’t even know about and when I contacted Shane he was blaze about it all. I felt he had other more important sales to deal with. Also he didn’t even contact me to inform me he as going to be away for 3 weeks when he had to take leave for the birth of his child. Understand he need time off but informing me would be great. Again, lack of communication
