He explained procedures in full detail and even told of unlikely but possible negatives so there would be no "nasties" down the track. I found Shane showed the most interest when chosing and agent, his knowledge was of a high standard and he did live up to the high standard during the sale process of our house. He is friendly, courteous and punctual. If I was asked I would recommend him highly.
