From the outset of interviewing agents, Shane was the only agent who I found you could have an actual conversation with, without feeling like you are being sold a falsehood. From commencement of the the sale process, everthing was easily explained and any question were responded to quickly and in great detail. Following the sale, providing guidence with settlements and offering advice on the next purchase was so wonderful and made you feel like he actually care and wasn't just after your money in a sale, couldn't recommend highly enough!

Shane King's service was excellent. He was easy to talk to and only to happy to simply explain (and re-explain) politely. He answered his phone! (Most haven't in my experience of searching for a house) and when missed a call, promptly returned it. He gave my partner and myself a good grasp of the workings batween realter, broker and conveyancer so we were always in the loop for the next step and when. He was also flexible with us during the busiest times in order to ensure rendezvous between vender and buyer. Buying a house for the first time can feal like such a worry, Shane eased alot of that nerveousnouse with reassurance. We greatly appreciated having him as our realter.
