I’ve had Shane’s services before and said I’d have them again. So here I am! Once again Shane has been absolutely brilliant on all grounds. There were some issues yes, was he the cause? No, did he solve them? Yes! What I loved the most was Shane’s open communication to me during the entire process. He’s fast and and proactive so there’s no fluff when you get updates from him (I’d say when you ask for updates but I’m never left in the dark with Shane so I never truly need to ask him for an update). I know reviews can seem fake and cliche. Keep in mind I can only write a review once Shane has actively completed a full service of buying/selling a properly for you. So twice over Shane has done a brilliant service. On a further note.. I had tenants in my final home I had to sell. I cannot stress this enough. He showed true respect to the HOME of the tenant. He did not use me as a shield to throw weight around and invade the privacy of the house made into a home. This you cannot test for, only experience. So if your looking for a man with care AND respect, Shane’s your guy.
