Shane was so great to deal with. Very helpful, kept us up to date with what was happening with the property we were interested in purchasing. Answered any questions we had quickly but didn't harass us for a decision (unlike other agencies in Armidale). I would definitely recommend Shane - he listened to what we wanted, negotiated with the owners and was a pleasure to deal with.
