Real estate, known to be challenging at its best. The reason for us choosing Blue Moon reality being, visual re-signage, days on market re-other properties. The final decision to let Blue Moon property have the contract was realtor Shane was very realistic and knowledgeable of the market. The price was guided by previous properties and days on market with Shane not feeding us unrealistic prices and promises. Shane was true to his word and guided us through the process. Our house sale had a few challenges with settlement due to other parties. Shane communicated truthfully and was always up for a chat and support. Shane was amazing even communicated with Realtor to whom we were purchasing another property through. Shane communicated after the settlement, wanting to know that our current move was successful. Shane and also his office staff were amazing very genuine and respectful, nothing was ever a bother, they also helped us with the technology aspect which at times felt daunting to us.
