House sold quickly

House sold quickly for a price we weren't expecting, didn't force me into doing photos and took them himself which were great, however there was a lack of communication on engagement, buyer feedback/discussion (had to find out rom Lawyer what was actually going on) and final sale. Didn't even call to say congrats.
