I bought a property last year which Shane was the responsible agent for. I made an offer through my online account in Purplebricks website and included some conditions which one of them has not been fulfilled by the agent or vendor/s. Shane confirmed the fulfillment of the condition through text messages before the settlement but when I received the keys the items which he already confirmed their availability were not in the property. I followed the issue up different times through him and Purplebricks head office but no results because the condition was only in my offer and not in the contract. Disappointed at this stage but probably start a court procedure in near feature to gain them which having no office in Adelaide has made it harder! So to be safe include all conditions not only in the offer but also in the purchase contract.
