Shane was very friendly, timely professional and well informed at time of home inspection. We weren't sure why our calls were not answered but we respected his process of replying to sms msg even if it means we needed to wait little while for responses. We suspect there may have been valid reasons but it wasn't clear to us at time of our bids. Can't complain too much overall as once we realised we were successful with our bid the process thereafter with Emma was seamless who was outstanding.
