Shane was highly prossessional. He was very straightforward and realistic in the valuation of our property. He had an engaging and friendly manner. His communication with me was first class. He identified a tradesman that helped with undertaking some repairs to the house pre-sale. This was incredibly helpful. Shane came up with a novel marketing strategy whereby we held an open home on both Saturday and Sunday. This worked beautifully resulting in multiple offers and one we agreed to on the Monday. We were very happy with the deal that Shane negotiated on our behalf. In terms of selecting an agent, you won't do better than Shane. I highly recommend him.
