We chose Shane because of his sales history around Sellicks Beach and his down to earth personality and also of course because he saved us money. Shane found a buyer for our property subject to sale of theirs early on but unfortunately they were not able to sell their property and we also had a long term tenant in our property making it more difficult. Shane then re marketed our investment property and almost immediately found a new buyer for the same price we requested. He also helped hugely by removing a large piece of furniture for us at settlement due to us not being able to ourselves. I would recommend Shane if you want and honest and hard working agent and also want to save money.
