Shane was the agent that facilitated the purchase of my first home - throughout the process he was very communicative and did everything he could to ensure that I felt comfortable with the transaction as I purchased the house off his client (the seller). Shane kept in constant contact with me and was flexible when I organised the building/pest inspections and any other viewings that I needed for the property, and even went as far as to leave me with some ‘welcome to your new home’ gifts after settlement went through (including a giant red bow on the door and chocolates/other items inside the house).
