Fantastic Result

We couldn't have been more happy that we chose Shane Merrick to sell our home of 22 years. When he walked into and around our home to give us an appraisal he took his time to absorb the place. He was interested about everything and asked a lot of questions so that he could build up his knowledge of our home for any potential buyer. He grew up in this area and knows the people and the surroundings very well. He is quiet and unassuming, but always had our best interest at the forefront of his mind which was very reassuring to know.
