I've been looking for my forever home for 12 years, so I've met a lot of agents and Shane was one of the best I've come across!! It was nice to see an agent actually listening and looking at us, rather than their phone. Shane was really great from start to finish with our purchase. If he didn't know the answer to a question (and I had heaps) he would find it ASAP and also gave extra info without being prompted. He was honest with us, didn't get any "salesman" type jargon from him. He went out of his way on several occasions for us. Unlike most agents, Shane actually looked after both Vendor & Purchaser. I think this is such a bonus for a Vendor knowing that your potential Purchasers are dealing with someone really helpful to them. It never felt like he was just trying to get the sale done. His help hasn't stopped after settlement either, he's been contacting the Vendor for me as I had some questions regarding the house. Shane tells it how it is, which is what you need when selling. No point in someone telling you you're going to get x when really they know it will sell for y. Shane is honest and transparent the whole process. He worked hard got a contract first open and persevered through that buyers finance difficulties which then unfortunately fell through but Shane did 1 more open and got another contract same price. Can not fault his efforts, perseverance and patience one bit. Highly recommend 👌
