Shane sold my mother's property at 1/32 Meron Street Southport in just under 3 weeks! From my first meeting with Shane he presented as highly professional in appearance which carried over into his business acumen, with a fully comprehensive portfolio prepared for my mother's property prior to even him being accepted as sole agent. On the second meeting, he had the necessary legal paperwork ready to sign for his sole agency where other real estate agents I also met, were not prepared and were negative in conversation. Throughout the [short] selling period, he constantly liaised via phone or with reports, giving feedback on the prospective buyers he showed through - this didn't even matter if it was a Sunday!
