As the buyer, we felt Shane did a good job for his vendor. He was available to us when needed and tried to assist us to enable us to solve all purchasing decisions. He actually tried to sell the positive aspects of the property. This is something some local vendors do not do. I can't speak for the vendor but I believe he wanted a quick sale at a fair price and Shane facilitated this.

Nothing was a problem for Shane he sorted everything out.
