If there were more than 5 stars, I would have given that. My experience when dealing with Shane was professional, supportive and I can highly recommend him as an agent. He was so positive about everything and made sure I knew exactly where things stood. If you are buying or selling - he is the realtor for you.
Shane was a pleasure to work with. I was a first home buyer so I had no clue what I was doing. However I was able to pick Shane's brain full of knowledge in this space as I had ALOT of questions :). Shane is a highly motivated and experienced agent who has a excellent understanding of the market. His initial evaluation involved a thorough analysis of each room with his iPad, which allowed him to have provide a comprehensive knowledge of the house and backyard throughout the sale. Shane was always instantly contactable and built a strong relationship with us throughout the sale. While our property may have had its negative, Shane never allowed the walk throughs to cause us to have additional stress while in hospital with the birth of our son. Shane is very caring, supportive and our sale price exceeded our expectations. We are greatly appreciative of Shane.
