And that's what happened: we were contacted and updated very regularly and him and his team were always available any time! Unfortunately who would have thought that literally 4 hours after launching our property on the market we would be in lockdown for 10 days? And then in another lockdown again 8 days later? It was a very disturbing time to sell our property after a few inspections, but Shane managed everything beautifully!
