Shane was great to have as our agent and we felt very comfortable with him. Shane has a respect and belief in Carrum as a suburb, making him enthusiastic and reliable with local information. I felt that Shane was honest and didn't try and build things up to an unrealistic level. I put my full trust in Shane and let him run our campaign to how he saw fit and he did an amazing job. On the day, Shane worked really hard at our auction and was able to draw from his knowledge and expertise and get our place sold for an amount that we were extremely happy with. I can undoubtedly recommend Shane as a real estate agent and would not contact anyone else in the future if our needs required a realtor.
