Shane sold a previous property for me and so was happy to use again. We discussed our expectations and throughout the house sale he contacted me most days to keep me updated even on quite minor details. I think he negotiated well for me and was happy with the end result. I think the frequency of contact was a very large plus for me. He also got back to me when he said he would or would leave messages. He had done research in houses in the same category and location.
