Buyers Beware of Shane’s lies
I asked one question. ‘Is there a working remote control for the garage door?’ Shane answered ‘yes’ which was an absolute lie. He had never even seen or held a remote control for the garage door for the house at this point because he hadn’t even obtained all the keys for the house from the previous owners. I’ve owned the house three weeks now and I still cannot open and shut my garage door. Shane has done nothing to remedy the issue. Next step, REIQ and Queensland Office of Fair Trade complaint.
