Shane was one of 3 agents we got appraisals from for our property. The other agents were very hesitant about our suggested price and were quoting expected sell prices of about 20% lower than Shane, but Shane saw the true value in our property from the first appointment. We put our faith in him to find the right buyer. We weren't in a hurry to sell and were happy to wait for the right buyer to come along. Shane being an expert salesmen got a little restless and eager to sell (not a bad thing) 😁, but successfully negotiated the sale towards the top of our bracket, improving on the other agents' prices by approx 20%, also setting a record for the surrounding area - proves his willingness to challenge the status quo. Overall he was hard-working, friendly, diligent, dedicated & knowledgeable, with a great support team backing him.
