Very professional and willing to help and get the job done

We purchased a house from Shane/YPA in June 2019. From Day 1 Shane went above and beyond, answering calls outside of his scope and work hours, always with a smile. We had a very negative and difficult experience with our conveyancers, and and it was Shane's willingness to help and fill in the gaps that saved the process from becoming an overwhelming and unhappy one.
